Her path has evolved through leadership roles and now into thoughtful consulting, guided by three core values: care, clarity, and curiosity. Niki has opened hotels, built high-performing teams, and crafted service rituals designed to linger in memory. Her strength lies in honouring the people who make hospitality meaningful—those behind the scenes, on the floor, and everywhere in between. Her approach is calm and considered, blending emotional intelligence with operational know-how. She works alongside hospitality leaders to create experiences that are both deeply personal and operationally seamless.

    As the first-ever Guest Experience Manager at Andaz London—a role created specifically for her—Niki pioneered personalized service strategy across Front Office and Spa operations. She led cross-functional teams, curated high-touch VIP experiences, and shaped a guest-centric culture that became a model for future Hyatt properties.

  • Park hyatt dubai

    As Director of Guest Relations at Park Hyatt Dubai, Niki led service strategy and guest experience across all touchpoints in a luxury resort environment. Her work focused on personalized service, team alignment, and retention—blending five-star standards with sustainable, detail-driven hospitality.

  • Bluegr Hotels & Resorts

    As Hotel Manager at Life Gallery Athens, Niki led the transformation of a five-star design hotel into a guest experience-driven destination in the northern suburbs. Balancing minimalist aesthetics with strategic planning, she focused on service rituals, team alignment, and retention—bringing warmth and meaning to a modern space.

  • Ergon house athens

    As House Manager at ERGON House Athens, Niki played a key role in the preopening, launching and shaping the guest experience at one of Greece’s most innovative hospitality concepts—a blend of hotel, market, and food hub. She oversaw daily operations, guest strategy, and cross-departmental flow, bringing together design, service, and storytelling in a space where Greek hospitality met global standards.

    As Director of Rooms at One&Only Athens, Niki led the pre-opening, shaped the guest journey and led full operational launch of one of Greece’s most anticipated ultra-luxury resorts. From strategy to execution, she oversaw all rooms division, guest experience, public areas functions—focusing on team culture, elevated service delivery, and crafting a guest journey rooted in emotional connection and intuitive excellence.

    Niki is currently partnering with The Modernist Hotels to elevate guest experience through tailored workshops, team development, and operational realignment. The work focuses on embedding hospitality that feels personal, calm, and considered—while empowering teams to deliver intuitive, detail-driven service across every touchpoint.
